Private yacht management · by invitation

One app for everyone aboard.

The family books the week. The chef reads the allergies. The captain logs the passage. The owner sees it all. Yachtzee runs the life of a privately owned yacht — not a charter platform, a closed circle.

Who it's for

Four seats, one boat.

Everyone signs up as who they are — permissions come from the seat they hold on each yacht, granted by invitation. A chef can be a guest on a friend's boat next weekend.

Owner
The whole picture: calendar, people, spend in one currency, and the final word on every seat.
Captain
Runs the boat: crew invitations, trip plans, the ship's log, and the activity requests that reach the bridge.
Crew & chef
The working queue: menus, requests, groceries — with everyone's allergies pinned in view at all times.
Yachties
Family, guests and charterers: book, browse the menu, ask the crew, and see the plan for their trip.

Trip calendar

Each trip is a color across the month — its burgee follows it through the whole app. Tap a trip for its roster and the day-by-day plan.

  • Color-coded bookings with rosters and named guests
  • Day-by-day itinerary everyone on the trip can read
  • Other families' dates show as busy — details stay private

Private by construction, not by promise.

There is no public directory and no way to browse boats. You see a yacht only if its owner or captain seated you on it — and guests only for the length of their trip. Every rule is enforced in the database itself, beneath the app.
